The fantastic combination of rich flavour brisket soup and savory soft noodles!

Since 1985, Andong-guksi (noodels) have been made by hand every day. Bottari is proudly presenting Andong Guksi by Andong Guksi (the company is so proud to name their restaurant after the dish).

1985년부터 35년간 손으로 국수를 뽑아 맛과 정성으로 만드는 안동국시집의 “안동국시” 입니다.

Ingredients:

Andong soup broth [refined water, beef bone (domestic), green onion (domestic), sea salt (domestic), L-sodium L-glutamate (flavor enhancer), complex seasoning food], Andong soup [wheat flour 94.3% (wheat: American, Australian), Soybean flour 2.9% (domestic production), alcohol, refined salt (domestic production), modified starch, corn starch], meat garnish [small beef (US production), brewed soy sauce {skim soybean/foreign (Indian, American, Chinese), wheat (US)), sea salt, other fructose, fermented alcohol}, sugar, starch syrup]

*Keep in the freezer under -18c

How to cook:

1. Put the meat garnish into boiling water and boil for 1 minute.
2. Put the thawed broth in another pot and bring to boil.
4. When the broth starts to boil, add Andong soup (fresh noodles) and boil for about 4 to 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
5. Transfer Andong-guksi to a bowl and top it with a hot sauce and enjoy it deliciously.
