It is boiled lotus root with a healthy sweet taste using radish grain syrup made by grinding seasonal radishes instead of sugar. The root vegetable lotus root, which is full of nutrients from the ground, is cut into easy-to-eat pieces and cooked in a special sauce made with 100% domestic soybean soy sauce, homemade radish and oligosaccharides. The chewy texture of the sauce makes it even more fun to eat, so it's perfect as a side dish.
