In November 2016, CEO Chung-Hee Han launched a content titled 'Practice 108 Noodles' with the goal of tasting 108 noodle dishes. It wasn't just for fun or interest, but to explore one kind of food tenaciously as if training, as if studying.

CEO Chung-Hee Han, who has acquired various know-how through training at 108 noodle restaurants for about two years, based on his past experiences, a new dish 'Ragu Jajang' that combines the technologies of three countries: Italian Ragu Sauce, Japanese Ramen Noodles, and Jajang Noodles. How to cook:

1. Put the frozen Ragu Jajang sauce in boiling water and boil for 5-6 minutes.
2. Put noodles in 800ml boiling water (about 5 cups of paper cup) and boil over high heat, stirring for about 3 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes 50 seconds.
3. Don't rinse the boiled noodles in cold water, just remove the water and pour hot sauce over it.

Tip. Sprinkle with fried egg or red pepper powder according to your preference to make it even more delicious.
