Korean Rice Water(Sik-Hye) from kyunggi Rice Cake is solid.Starting with the Heung-In Flour Mill in Jongno in 1958, Kyunggi Rice Cake has been honest and sincere. The spirit of the tradition of Kyunggi Rice Cake starts from the mindset of Mr. Jang-Seop Kim, who established the Heungin Flour Mill in 1958. The philosophy of ‘carrying on the tradition’ of the master disciple Gil-Seon Choi (2nd generation), who has been learning rice cakes since 1969, has been passed down, and the four sons have been running the traditional rice cake shop, Kyunggi Rice Cake.
